Upon earning a passing score of 75% or higher on the exam, you will receive a nationally accredited food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association (NRA).
Exam
The included ServSafe® Certification Exam is available online in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
The included “Exam Access Code” is a unique, one-time use number which the examinee must enter into the computer to access the exam. Only Registered ServSafe Proctors may administer the ServSafe Online Exam.
Purchase of the ServSafe Online Exam also includes administration, processing and a ServSafe certificate upon successful completion of the exam.
IMPORTANT: Exam Access Codes are NOT refundable. You MUST have a registered ServSafe Instructor or Proctor administer the exam. You may not administer the exam to yourself. The Exam Proctor will need to be physically present to administer an exam.
Failed exams: If you do not pass your exam, you may schedule another exam following our Retesting policy. You must purchase another exam access code.
Retesting policy: Our retesting policy states an examinee may take the exam the first two times within a 30-day period, if necessary. If three or more attempts are required, the examinee must wait at least 60 days from their last attempt. No more than four attempts are allowed in a 12-month period.

Please Note: Our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Charlotte-Metro area (Mecklenburg, Union, and Gaston counties). For orders under $50, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made by appointment. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to make delivery arrangements.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@wordtopiasisters.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see our Store Policies, at the bottom of our website, for more information.
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@wordtopiasisters.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
